Alan and his disrespect towards any younger clients is utterly ridiculous. We hire you , remember that. He makes false promises about the percentage he will be taking and takes an additional ten percent later. Keeps you minimally informed. Claims to be a master at negotiation when in reality this is not so either. Steer clear of this lawyer!!
Alan Morton's office was a number in a phone book that I chose by random. I was visiting Meridian Idaho and was slammed into by a driver who was eluding the police. I was out of town, out of state and now out of a car as it was totaled. I had a few bruises and an internal injury that was not immediately noticed. Of course the other driver was uninsured. Alan stuck with me working my case for over a year. He followed through, kept me updated even though I was out of state. He did not quit or give up on getting me what I feel was the best from a tough situation. I was unfortunate to be hit, but lucky that I called Alan Morton. I will call him again if I need help.
Alan did a great job for us. He stuck with the case, and with us, when things were at their worst. I'm not saying that he didn't drive us crazy, because he did. But, we also drove him crazy! He's a good man, and a good lawyer.
We hired Alan because of his no nonsense approach and unwavering commitment to the facts and resolve to provide us with the best legal council available today. His background and experience all but guaranteed a positive outcome.
