About me

In addition to my legal experience and working as general counsel, I have owned and operated my own business for 10 years so I understand the issues small businesses face, not only from a legal perspective, but from cash flow, employee issues and regulatory compliance.  My efforts in negotiations, contracts and business have been based on building relationships and finding creative solutions for problems businesses face.

  • Francois Guy Laugier

I have known Bob since we both studied international law together in Paris. For the past 20+ years, Bob has built a distinguished career that spans all the legal expertise that a company, large or small, will need when engaged in international business. Bob is a master of international transactions, knows US customs and immigration rules, and is a prominent mediator for international disputes. He has the hands-on, efficient training one can only acquire as a general counsel of a large company, hiring outside lawyers, and knowing exactly what clients expect from the best lawyers in the nation.
