For the past eighteen years, I have practiced family law and general civil litigation. I practiced for fifteen years in Texas, from 1995 to 2010. In 2010, I moved my practice to Colorado Springs, Colorado, where I was born.
My primary area of practice is family law, including divorce, child custody, child support modification and enforcement, and grandparent rights. I have extensive experience representing parents and children in suits involving child protective services.
In addition to family law, I handle personal injury cases–including wrongful death; probate matters–including drafting wills, admitting wills to probate, administration and guardianship; and general civil litigation.
I am licensed to practice law in Colorado and Texas.

I had a case with Kirk and, while he was a strong advocate for his client's interests, he was very willing to work collaboratively to reach a resolution that benefitted both of our clients. He is an excellent family law attorney and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
