About Me

I attended Colorado State University and then graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in 1993.  I have been practicing exclusively in the areas of Family Law (divorce and child custody) in Larimer and Weld Counties for 21 years.  My approach to the practice of Family Law is that it is my obligation to help you amicably settle your case, if at all possible.  It is in the best interest of everyone involved, particularly the children, to compromise and reach settlement.  However, there are obviously cases where the other side is simply not reasonable and they force your hand to litigate or take the case to trial.  In those cases, you and I will be completely prepared to present an honest, effective and persuasive case to the Court.  Recently awarded as a Top 100 Matrimonial and Family Law Attorney by The National Advocates.
