I was charged with 2 misdemeanor offenses; Mr. Aaron met with the prosecutor assigned to my case and argued that my case should be dismissed for factual as well as legal reasons. They called him back a week later and told him that they had filed a motion to dismiss with the court. I never even had to appear!
