About Me

I joined Gutterman Griffiths PC as a senior associate after five years of practice in the Delaware Family Court, Delaware Court of Chancery, and Delaware Supreme Court.  My Delaware practice involved the representation of children under the care of family services as an attorney guardian ad litem, representation of victims of domestic abuse in seeking orders of protection and/or custody, representation of parents in termination of parental rights proceedings, and the representation of Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial matters concerning corporate governance, corporate control, contractual and other complex commercial disputes.  I also worked with experts in appraisal actions aimed at determining fair market value of interests in public and private companies, and advised entity, officer and director policyholders with respect to director and officer ("D&O") insurance issues arising in the context of corporate litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

I have presented continuing legal education courses to my peers concerning family court appointments and challenging family law clients, and I have published articles on legal developments in various complex business matters.
