Brian was thoughtful and took the time to answer and explain all our questions regarding what type of trust to draft for our particular needs. He is easy to understand and I would recommend him to friends and family.
We recently moved here to the Denver area and have dramatically altered our life style...enough so that we needed to have our estate planning documents from South Carolina updated to reflect current circumstances and Colorado law. Brian reviewed our documents, asked a lot of background questions and delved into the details of our situation regarding housing, our desires for wealth distribution and establishing an approach that would protect our assets while making it easy for our children after we are gone.
It was obvious to us that he was drawing on a wealth of experience which contributed to his developing the right options for us, and then finalizing them into an integrated set of Trust, Power of Attorney's and Last Will & Testament's documents that make it very clear how the children will share our estate.
it took only a few sessions with Brian to get it all done...probably the smoothest legal experience we have ever had. We would highly recommend Brian Landy.
We needed to write a new will and had been putting it off for years. Brian got everything done in one appointment and made the process painless. We feel very confident in the work he did for us.
We greatly appreciate Brian's quickness, knowledge, and help with creating our last will and testament and living wills. Generating these critical documents was long overdue, and Brian is professional and efficient.
Brian Landy was meticulously thorough in planning, explaining, and completing my will, trust and living will. He knew what questions to ask to get exactly what I needed and the knowledge to put it all together.
I have to say that my experience with Brian was great! He walked me through the bankruptcy basically holding my hand. He was very informative, and I was able to call him anytime. You hear so many horror stories about bankruptcy's and lawyers, but I felt like I could trust Brian, and he didn't let me down.
Brian did a great job walking me through the process of creating a detailed will. He is excellent at conveying lawyer jargon into "normal" persons terminology, so he is easy to understand. I highly recommend him for any consultation or litigation.
Brian did an excellent job representing me and my case. He is very dependable and has the experience to be knowledgeable in any situation!
We worked with Brian Landy putting together or estate plan. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We will definitely use him again!
Having my Will and Revocable Trust written up was something that I was not looking forward to due to the fact that it was new territory and I assumed this would be a daunting process. From my first contract with Brian (initial contact was half an hour over the phone where he asked pertinent questions and almost could have written my things up from this conversation) to signed, sealed, delivered was just a couple of weeks. Would have all happened sooner were it not for my scheduling issues. We had our initial phone conversation, I spent a couple of hours in his office, and boom!! Done!! Quick and painless. Now I have one less thing to concern myself with and can go about the business of living life knowing when my time is up my wishes will be carried out. I would recommend Brian in a heartbeat. He is down to earth, very personable, and very professional. He asks all the right questions and when you leave his office with your packet in hand you feel confident that all is right and all is well.
