About me

Mr. Fanash joined Ammarell Deasy LLP as an associate attorney in January 2011. Zuhair, or “ZuZu” as we call him, was born and raised in the Middle East. While in high school, ZuZu moved to Miami, Florida and then to Ladysmith, Wisconsin where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Criminal Justice. While in college, ZuZu played football for the Fighting Saints and was named All-American during his freshman and senior year. In 2003, ZuZu was inducted as an All Time All-American for his athletic achievements.

After college, ZuZu moved to Colorado and attended law school at the University of Denver. While attending law school, and especially during his fellowship with the honorable Judge Angela R. Arkin of the Douglas County District Court, ZuZu developed a passion for family law and litigation. The fellowship experience allowed him to see the judges’ perspective and how judges dealt with and analyzed issues. Working for Judge Arkin taught him that good advocacy, preparation, and aggressive representation is very important to reach resolutions in or out of the courtroom.

ZuZu believes strongly that family law attorneys should do everything they can to minimize the emotional turmoil that divorcing families go through. Divorce is a difficult thing and if you have to go through with it, then you deserve the right attorney by your side. ZuZu approaches each Client’s case as the completely unique situation that it is. Sensitivity and understanding sometimes resolve family law matters without the need of the Court’s participation; however, in other circumstances, the case calls for aggressive and persistent advocacy. ZuZu will assess your particular factual situation, your goals, and objectives in order to work with you on developing a legal strategy that will allow him to address your situation and meet your needs.

ZuZu is an active member in the community, the Denver Bar Association, family law section, and a Collaborative Law member. Through these affiliations and others, Mr. Fanash looks forward to successfully helping Clients through the complicated legal system with their integrity and peace of mind intact.
