Ms. Belak has practiced law for over 18 years in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, corporate and business law, intellectual property and commercial litigation. She acts as corporate or outside general counsel to small and mid-size businesses and advises them on a wide range of matters.
Prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Belak managed a small business and worked in the banking industry. She puts this experience to good use by delivering practical advice that balances the legal and business risks with the realities of running a business.
