Marlene Gonzalez, she is a honest person, that won't lie to you when it comes to your case. She will go out of her way to accomplish what is fair for her clients. She will defend you to the end. I am so grateful that God put her as my attorney. She is a tough attorney, that will not give up on cases.
The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. The attorney is bilingual which is an added bonus to those living in El Paso, TX. I had an excellent experience working with this firm and I highly endorse the attorney. Not only is she passionate about her clients, she works hard to ensure client satisfaction. The office was held at a high professional standard and I never had to worry about anything throughout the messy divorce.
I was in desperate need of an attorney, and several people had recommended me Marlene Gonzalez. I made an appointment with her and that same day I retained her services, she worked my case with diligence, respect and compassion. I would recommend Marlene Gonzalez-Ruiz to any person seeking a family matter, she knows the law, has expertise in the matter and she is friendly. Thank you Ms, Gonzalez for saving my children. Now the case is over, and I won custody of my children.
I decided to retain this law firm as I saw an advertisement on the back of a church bulletin so I thought I would be receiving quality and compassionate service. Had I known how unprofessional and discourteous the staff would be, I would never have gone with this law firm. On several instances I could tell the staff has a lack of aptitude in regards to legal matters. As the figure of speech goes - "you get what you pay for." I wish I would of paid the additional money to work with a legal office whose staff has professional etiquette and working knowledge of the legal system.
