Thismwoman that calls herself an attorney is the worst I have ever dealt with.I heard good things about her so I hired her.Only to find out once she gets her money she DOESN'T do her job!!!! she has done nothing.Incant believe she is still in practice.I regret ever hiring her.I WILL DOMEVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO HET HER DISBARED.She is a wolf in sheeps clothing.DO NOT TRUST HER AND DO NOT GIVE HER YUR MONEY!!
After I hired Mrs. Pagano to represent me I'm convinced she's the most brilliant Attourney available. My freedom was on the line and she was a godsend. Her compassion and knowledge of law is extraordinary. It's rare to find an Attourney as fearless and determined as Mrs. Pagano. She will do whatever it takes to get the job done I highly recommend her as your Attourney.
Christia was hired by us a few times. She seem to get worst as time went by. 1st she did not show up in court and when called she said she would take care of. Did not happened A warrant was issued and was arrested. Did not answer calls. She stated her phone was bad. Did not answer emails or follow up on duties. She could not drive so she had to depend on someone to drive her. Offered to drive her but she ended up having someone take her. She had lame excuses all of the time. We paid her in full after she agreed that if we paid she would complete case. After a while she wanted more money. Not dependable at all. Agrees to meet you but does not show up. Had to hire another lawyer to pick up where she left off with no refund. End results ended up in prison due to her neglect. Trust me I would advise anyone not to hire her. If you do all I can say is follow up, follow up and follow up.
Christina Pagano accepted my Medical Malpractice case when nobody else would. With the two year cutoff date to file a med mal case I was running out of time. She has worked diligently to get it it done in time. She cares.
I have been a client of Christina Pagano, for many years. When I first hired her, around 2008, she was an amazing attorney And truly worked a miracle for me, she gave me a second chance in life. However, throughout the years I have noticed her ability to represent clients dealing with Criminal Law has been on a downward spiral.
This attorney is guilty of professional misconduct, in more ways then one. She appears to be a good hearted and knowledgable individual, however, don't let her fool you. She suggests, "Bartering" as a form of payment but then, she does not hold up her end of the agreement. She does not keep clients informed of their cases, she does not show up on court dates, so the clients are therefore issued bond forfeitures and warrants for their arrest. She does not keep her clients files confidential. she allows other felon clients to read other clients files. If a client dares to ask for legal advice from another attorney, she will try her hardest to make sure you get a bond forfeiture. Chris Pagano is malicious and deceitful. There are MANY other former clients of hers, that are victims of her shenanigans and narcissistic behavior.
Another thing that frightened me, was when she asked me to write several sworn affidavits, for her other clients that she is trying to get out of jail. She asked me to lie and write statements of "good character" for habitual offenders, whom of which I did not know nor associate with.
If you do not comply with her wishes, your case and well being will be the last thing on her mind.
I had paid her in full for services, I have already had to pay another attorney to do the work for her. Now, due to her incompetence, I am being forced to hire another attorney for a matter that she was paid to deal with, and assured me was taken care of.
When I asked her about my case, she never had a straight answer for me. Needless to say, she is no longer representing me. I now have to go through this entire court process, again, hire another attorney, pay for a bond forfeiture that was caused by her negligence to me, at the time I was her client. The saddest thing of all, is the fact that the case I am referring to is just a County Court case.
Christina Pagano can not even keep track of her clients files, much less their court dates.
Mrs. Pagano doesn't answer my phone calls..... She didn't show up at court today. Try's to get money from me before its due, claiming her phone is broke yet she calls me on it.... I don't know how she is even a lawyer, I'm switching as soon as I can. This is pathetic.
I have been working with Ms. Pagano for over 6 months. She has worked out payments with me and is helping me fight my case. She is very kind and understanding and knows her stuff. If you need a lawyer she is the one to call on.
Mrs. Pagano literally saved my life. She got five of my felony drug cases dismissed, my 2nd degree drug case lowered to a 3rd degree felony, and my Felony (Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle) lowered to a Class A Mistiminor AND SHE FOUGHT FOR ME TO SIGN ON 2 years deferred adjudication... In 2 years all of those things on my record will be gone.
I highly recommend this woman to represent you.
She does help a lot of people and may be hard to get a hold of, but I promise you she will fight for you and she believes in all of her clients! She is very caring and kind.
I had contacted Mrs. Pagano before my court date, she agreed to meet me at the court house at 815 and I would then make my payment. She never showed up and did not answer or return any of the calls that I made to her.
Ms. Pagano is the sweetest lady i have ever worked with. She fights for what is right and is not afraid to take those chances. Very professional. I cant say anything but good things about her and would hire her again in a heart beat. Great prices not all about the big bucks..
