Helped my case, smart attorney and was really nice. I called & emailed a lot and he answered every question in a timely manner. He didn't make me feel like another attorney (J. Smart) did who charged me for every email/phone call!
I don't know why the person below gave a negative review, probably just unhappy with her case, but my experience was really positive! Mr. Hubbarth was very caring towards my situation and even continued to help me while I worked out my finances. My case went in the favor of the other party but it was a fair & just hearing. I felt Mr. Hubbarth fought hard for me even though it wasn't in my favor to begin with. I was SO grateful he was so knowledgeable in the law because he was able to keep the other party from taking advantage of me!! I felt confident with him on my side while the other attorney fumbled through stacks of papers & law books. Bottom line: actions have consequences and attorney's can't force a judge to give you everything.
I thought he was hilarious and lifted the mood when he noticed I was really nervous about the pending outcome. That person must not have a sense of humor. It's not a crime to suggest a person to calm down or go have a drink when you get home. Court isn't a fun place to be and I felt he was trying to help.
I would contact him again or recommend him to my friends and family.
Mr. Hubbarth was very respectful and attentive in helping me with the outcome of my case that is upcoming 11/6. He did discovery and did the best he could to keep me from serving time. Though I did not get the outcome I was looking for from the prosecutor, Rusty did the best he could to make sure I was treated as fairly as possible in a court of law and will serve a maximum of 3 days because of him, possibly less. I would recommend him for any type of criminal case that comes your way.
