PERSONAL COMMITMENT:  I’ve worked in large law firms that have platoons of associates and paralegals on a case.  I came to conclude that is not the best way to develop a case.  It also weakens the bond between the client and the lawyer.  When I opened my law firm, I wanted to be able to devote personal attention to each case. So I don’t have teams of associates and paralegals running around my office.   As a consequence, I don’t accept every case that walks through my door.  But the ones I do accept I am able to handle personally.  That is my commitment to you.
