Clay is incredibly responsive and quickly turns around any documents we send his way. I work for a startup so we're often getting creative with our contracts. Clay always advises of the risks/rewards, but is flexible in drafting agreements that meet the needs of the business and our clients. I couldn't recommend his work more.
