Mr. Jonathan Ader is the best kept secret in town!! I did some researching on my own before I arrived at Jonathan as my choice. Most bankruptcy attorneys want $2000 or more for their services. Jonathan is much much lower!! And you still get a fantastic attorney!! In fact, I would argue that he's ...much much better than those $2000 attorneys. Why? Those other attorneys will take your $2000 and then pawn you off to some legal assistant or paralegal. Gee thanks Mr. $2000 attorney!! But not Jonathan!! He does ALL of the work himself, which made me feel even more confident about my case!! You WANT an attorney doing the leg work, NOT some paralegal. Also, those other attorneys will send you a 50 page document for you to fill out, esp regarding your assets, monthly expenses, etc. That would have completely overwhelmed me!! For example, what value do I put for my couch, TV, kitchen table, etc, etc??? These other attorneys put the BURDEN ON YOU to figure it out!! But not with Jonathan!! With Jonathan, you sit down together and simply have a conversation about your belongings and monthly expenses while he is writing!! It can't get any easier than that!!!! I can't emphasize enough how valuable that is!!!! He is a one man show, which is EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT in an attorney!! No employees or paralegals, so he's able to keep his fees low. Plus you get an actual attorney doing all of the leg work!! Jonathan is a fantastic attorney, and I couldn't be happier with my choice!!!!! Do yourself a huge favor and go with Mr. Jonathan Ader!! You'll be so happy you did!!!

If you are looking for an HONEST, hard working attorney MR. ADER is your guy. I had gone to several attorneys and if I had a question I would have to speak to their paralegal. The reason you hire attorney's is for the legal advice and their expertise, not their assistants expertise. Mr. Ader was the ...only one that I could call and speak to him directly without having a gatekeeper. If he didn't pick up he would would call me back within a few hours or If I emailed him he would respond rather promptly. He always shot me straight, and advised me honestly. Even after the 341 meeting he was constantly there to see me through. I appreciate all of your help Mr. Ader you truly have been my best friend through all of this. THANKS!

In such a troubling situation, it is a welcome relief to work with someone who is understanding, knowledgeable, and doesn't pass you off to some assistant. When Jonathan handles your case, you work directly with him and only with him. He even answers the phone himself - unless he's with another cli...ent - and then he returns calls promptly. He is there in person with you through every step of the bankruptcy procedure and clearly explains bankruptcy laws and procedures in understandable terms. I am grateful I met Jonathan and highly recommend him.
