I endorse this lawyer. I have know Joe for nearly 20 years. He is a strong and creative advocate for his clients. He is also an excellent mediator that I have hired to help me settle my toughest cases.

I had known of Joe Milner for years before I came to know him well over the past ten or so. In short, Joe is an extremely talented lawyer, as well as a fine person. Prior to getting my law license, Joe mediated a settlement between two companies fighting over anit-trust issues and non-compete/non-disclosure issues; I owned one of those companies. We had burned through four mediators and over a million dollars in legal fees building our case at the point we darkened his door (three years into litigation). Joe had us settled after three (albeit, long) days. After settlement, I decided to sell my biz and go to law school. Since graduation, I have been lucky enough to have Joe mediate a hand-full of divorce cases. We reached a settlement that everyone could support in every single case. Joe knows the law, but just as importantly - Joe knows and understands people. -And he combines these assets with hard work and a serious desire to do a good job (and he does).
