About Me

Attorney Mark Roles is devoted to providing compassionate and aggressive advocacy for clients in Williamson County, Travis County, and the greater Austin area. He established The Law Offices of Mark C. Roles, P.C. in 2005.

Around 60% of Mr. Roles’ practice focuses on family law, including terminations/adoptions, child support, child custody, divorce, enforcement actions, and modifications. He also represents clients in personal injury cases, including auto & vehicle accidents, product liability injuries, wrongful death claims, and nursing home neglect & abuse.

Mr. Roles received his B.B.A. in Management from Texas A&M University in 1998. In 2001, he went on to graduate from St. Mary’s University School of Law near the top 10 percent of his class.

During his time in law school, Mr. Roles was on the Dean’s List and the National Dean’s List. He was also a member of Who’s Who in American Law Students, the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Fraternity, and was also a staff writer for the St. Mary’s Law Journal. Mr. Roles also had the privilege of being selected as a judicial intern for the United States District Court, Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division, Chambers of the Honorable Edward Prado (now Justice Prado, Fifth United States Circuit Court of Appeals). Mr. Roles was also extremely proud to serve as a legal intern for the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, in Friedberg, Germany for an entire summer.

Mr. Roles was admitted to practice law in Texas in 2001. He has also been licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas, since 2004. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Austin and Travis County Bar Associations, and the Williamson County Bar Association.

Mr. Roles has been in private practice since 2005. Immediately after law school and admission to the bar, he served as an in-house attorney for Providence Healthcare Network, located in Waco, Texas, where he gained valuable experience advising the company on regulatory compliance as well as conducting litigation on its behalf.
