Keyla was retained to help me reach a resolution in a dispute I was having at work. In deference to my status a Disabled Veteran, Keyla opted to put me in touch with a group of lawyers who represent Disabled Veterans Pro Bono. I cannot thank her enough or praise her enough for her broad knowledge of the Law Infrastructure in Austin and Travis County. The thing I liked most about working with Keyla, is that she listens so well to your thoughts, and forms tangible plans that seek firm results at the end of the day. I'm so grateful to her for getting me taken care of so quickly and so well in a truly awful situation. If ever I need representation, Keyla will be my and my family's pick.
Kayla is a wonderful lawyer. Her main strength is her passion people and the law. In addition to being extremely caring, she is extremely intelligent, logical, and thorough. An excellent advocate for anyone!
We had previously hired two attorneys to try to resolve a family/business dispute we were involved in. After playing the "waiting game" for almost two years, we decided to search for another attorney's office to represent us. Fortunate for us, we met Keyla. In less than four months, Keyla had our case resolved. It was quite refreshing. I believe this occurred because she demonstrates many important attributes necessary to assemble parties to resolution. Some are listed above, Keyla is trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable, and informative. The most important attribute I believe allowed her to stand out to us was she "HONESTLY CARED". She demonstrated this by listening...then everything else all fell into place by her advice and direction. If you are looking for an attorney that thinks outside of the box, then Keyla Robertson is an attorney you need on your side. We have been blessed to have met her.
I have turned to Keyla Robertson for legal advice on more than one occasion, most recently when I had a property dispute that turned nasty. Keyla is intelligent, thorough, and takes the time to walk you through your options and help frame your situation in a way that is most helpful to you. Legal problems are intensely stressful, and I think those of us without “legal minds” can be severely beaten down and disadvantaged in a dispute without the advice and counsel of someone who really understands every facet of the situation. I can say without a hint of reservation that Keyla is someone who will help you understand your situation, assist you tirelessly, and be 100% professional through the entire process. I would turn to Keyla in a heartbeat if I were ever unlucky enough to find myself in another unfortunate situation, and cannot recommend her enough!
Keyla was considerate and informitive giving necessary information without overkill.
I usually do not fill out these types of forms, but Keyla is an exception.
Keyla is very professional, caring, sincere, friendly, helpful, easy to reach, easy to talk to, sympathetic, down to earth, and very humble. She is truly concerned about your issues, warm, and genuine when she talks to her clients. When speaking with Keyla, you feel like you are talking to a friend, not a lawyer. She has very impressive ideas to solve whatever problems you may be having. She is also very knowledgeable about preventive things you can do in a legal manner to secure your interest. I would definitely refer to my friends and business associates! It's hard to find an attorney who is sincere and caring who genuinely cares about your interest and not theirs. Keyla is definitely an amazing person and a lawyer.
