  • Defended national suppliers of fiber optic capacity in a suit for alleged pricing overcharges in the United States, confidential settlement reached

  • Defended an international roof tile manufacturer in a suit for alleged breach of warranty by one of Austin’s largest condominium projects, confidential settlement reached

  • Defended a Fortune 100 company in a jury trial involving allegedly contaminated soft drinks, take nothing judgment entered

  • Won a jury trial against a national bank for breach of lease in a major downtown office building, judgment entered against bank for $761,000

  • Defended a horse race track against an alleged multimillion dollar fraud claim in contracting for architectural services, confidential settlement reached after a ten jury day trial

  • Defended a Superfund action under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, confidential settlement reached on first day of trial

  • Prosecuted suit against a Fortune 500 petroleum refinery for wrongful termination of an executive employee, confidential settlement reached after a ten day jury trial

  • Defended an international fuel service supplier against air cargo carrier alleging breach of jet fuel contract, confidential settlement reached on the first day of trial
