I got myself into a pickle with a DWI when I wasn't technically driving the vehicle but had set the alarm off while sitting in the passenger seat rolling down the windows waiting on my driver. The driver was inside the recording studio. I had stayed in the car so I wouldn't disturb their recording. But when the car alarm started I couldn't figure out how to turn it off, so I stupidly went to the drivers seat to move the car across the parking lot away from the studio. A man with his kids asked me if I needed help and I was stressed out and yelled some rude things so he called the APD on me. When APD arrived I wasn't in the car but the witness did see me in the vehicle and this was included in the police report along with the very rude name I shouted at him. As you will learn in your DWI classes, keys of the ignition still qualifies as a DWI, and someone did see me move the car to the other side of the parking lot. I have been working in legal for several years and seeking admittance to law school with goals of a government position. I knew this was bad news for my future even if I wasn't deliberately weaving down Mopac. Brian took the time to know me and communicated with me constantly, met me outside of all my court dates and did his best to keep me calm. He recommended that I go ahead and get all my classes and alcohol counseling done as soon as possible. I ended up in an alcohol awareness class on my birthday but it was so very much worth it. When we finally got ahold of the tape almost 6 months later, it was bad news too. Clearly I was excited and did a dance because I had walked a straight line, but the officer never turned on the mic on his lapel so whatever absurd things I said were not recorded. The only thing you could hear was me crying when they threw me in the back of the car. This was not good but also not bad. Brian was able to get me deferred for 2 years after we reached an agreement with the county and thus far I have been good and nothing has come up on my record. I did have to install the interlock in my car for 9 months but it has been totally worth it. Its amazing how your car wont start when you have had one drink or even Listerine but still an eye-opener for sure. Tillman is kind, professional and at times can make you smile in uncomfortable situations when you need it the most. He went above and beyond to help me out and was worth every penny I could scrape up to pay him. As long as I stay out of trouble this stupid mistake on my part shouldn't come back to haunt me and I should still have an excellent future in my chosen fields. Thanks Brian!

Brian is the epitome of professionalism and courtesy!! A friend of mine had a DWI and explained how impressed she was with Brian and recommended him. I had numerous issues that needed to be addressed and he bent over backwards to provide me all the resources and information necessary to move forward with peace of mind. We had a few decisions that had to be made. Brian explained the the entirety of all options, giving a clear understanding of exactly what the best next steps should be. Needless to say, everything was resolved as promised. I truly believe Mr. Tillman cares for his clients and will do everything in his power to assist in resolving whatever situation you find yourself in!

I was charged with a false DWI. After Brian heard my situation and viewed the DPS video, he assured me that the case was on my side. His assurance took a huge weight off my shoulders. At the end, thanks to Brian's knowledge and diligence, my case was dismissed. I highly recommend Brian's services.

I was shocked and frightened learn through an employment background check that I had 3 warrants for bond forfeiture from two misdemeanors and a felony four years ago. In a panic, I made the initial call to Tillman Braniff after 5 pm on a Friday afternoon. Lauren spent time listening and taking notes and looked up my situation and gave me a time on Monday when they would call back. When Brian Tillman called me back, he had researched and was knowledgeable of situation. He told me what he needed to learn with courts before he could determine the action to take and after he knew what they would have to do, then the fee was determined. At our first meeting, Brian was very specific of the service I should expect from them and what they expect of a client. During the entire process and in the court room on court dates, Brian and Rhett Braniff were attentive and always explained what was going on. I had excellent representation from Brian Tillman and Rhett Braniff. I also noticed the respect they received from their peers when we were in the courthouse. The result for me was dismissals across the board. I highly recommend them!

Brian Tillman was a very smart, down-to-earth, diligent criminal defense attorney. He was very efficient, always on time, and always kept me informed of even the smallest details about my case. I recommend him to everyone I know in need of a lawyer. He has a great amount of experience, and it vastly shows. He was able to GREATLY reduce my false allegation. But beyond that, Mr. Tillman goes beyond the typical aspect of a client-lawyer relationship that shows in how he actually wants to help get the clients' case reduced to the lowest charges possible or dismissed entirely (unlike most lawyers who just see each person's case as another job, another dollar). I highly highly recommend Brian K. Tillman

Most of us hope we never have to hire a lawyer. Still, there are often circumstances in this increasingly litigious society where it may be necessary. Being accused of a crime is difficult enough to deal with, finding competent attorneys to help in your defense is often even more difficult. A couple of years ago, I found myself needing the services of a good attorney. Believe me, I researched many of them. I finally narrowed my search down to just a few. I was most impressed with Brian Tillman's explanation of what I was charged with, and how my case would proceed.
I was ready for the long haul to have either a jury trial, or find an acceptable compromise with the prosecution. While it took almost a year and a half, we finally achieved an acceptable compromise. During that time, Rhett Braniff joined Brian as a partner. I felt like I had two lawyers for the price of one. Anyway, even after reaching an acceptable agreement with the prosecution, Brian and his office continued to follow up and help me with a clerical issue in my case. I highly recommend Tillman Braniff PLLC. They are courteous, professional, and on your side when you need them.

Brian helped me get my life back after a serious allegation against me proved to be false. By providing accurate, honest, and open communication with me throughout the entire process, I was able to walk away from the legal proceedings without fines or fees, any charges or any damage to my future plans. I am forever grateful to Brian for his services, and I highly recommend him. Though it has been my personal observation that the legal system lacks individuals who are sincerely concerned about the wellbeing of their clientele, all of that changed when I met Brian and he decided to take my case. I am forever in his debt. Thanks.

I have been in the medical field for a long time and I came into a situation where I made a mistake in public. I was charged with possession of paraphernalia. I contacted Mr. Tillman and several other lawyers on a list. Mr. Tillman was the only lawyer to contact me back about my situation. I have never been in trouble and I felt I had a lot to lose. Yes, I shouldn't have participated in what I did, but Mr. Tillman helped give me advice so that I was prepared to go to my court date armed with information. During my hearing, I felt confident that I was tackeling my problem and starting fresh. I have payed my fees, and now dealing with my probation. Mr. TIllman, was knowlegable about the laws to give me the adivice I needed.
