I have a lawyer prior to Marc who took advantage of me. Took my money and didn't do anything on my case. Went to this site, reviewed Marc's profile and interviewed him in person. There were four more that I interviewed aside from Marc but they were all after the money. Not Marc. He has sympathy to his clients and will do his best to win the case.

Marc took my case almost 2 years ago. Our final court apperance was over 6 months ago. Court documents were incorrectly written up and I have been waiting since than for him to fix them. He stopped answering his phone and basically doesnt care that he left me with an unfinished case. I paid all dues upfront. I would not recomend any one to waste thier time or money on him.

Marc was wonderful to me and my son. His rate was very fair and I have nothing but good thngs to say for all he has done to help us. He was very supportive, walked me through all the in's and out's of all porceedings and was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I was very nervious through all of this but he helped calm me and keep me focused. All I can really say is thank you Marc, I appreciate everything you have done.

Mr. Pederson helped me save my son from an abusive mother & went above and beyond, working hard and listening to my concerns and all evidence that proved myself to be the better choice as my sons custodial parent.

From my first consultation with Mark via phone to the conclusion of my divorce, Marc was always there for me for support and guidance. He is proactive and genuinely cares about his profession and individual clidnts. If I need legal services in the future, Marc will be my choice to represent me.

He was very knowledgeable about family law and kept me updated on my case as I was preparing to fly back to the states to go to court. Mr Pederson made me feel at easy through a very tough time. Answered all my questions. Even waitied to call me late at night after my kids went to sleep so we can discuss my case. Always retired my calls , not a single time was he not available. Called me back after every message. And explained the process and all the legal terms.
I highly recomend Mr. Pederson. He got me the custody of my girls, a tough thing to do in TX for the dad. God was watching out for us and him in our path.
