Joe has worked with our school on various legal issues such as: employment policies, board policies, worker's compensation cases, Texas Education Agency charter amendments, and unemployment matters.
He attends our school board meetings and reviews contracts.
He operates with the highest integrity. His knowledge of school legal issues is very broad and he has insight that helped our school save significant amounts of money.
Never overbearing, he presents the facts to the school board or administrators and is mindful that we make the final decision. Joe is very easy to work with and makes great effort to keep us informed of pending legal matters. It is not unusual for us to get an email from his office that gives us insight to upcoming legal issues at the state level.
