Tom Rhodes is the Managing Partner of the Tom Rhodes Law Firm, P.C. Mr. Rhodes has over 30 years of trial experience where he has the two highest jury verdicts for individuals in San Antonio-- $160 million in a nursing home case and $122 million in a case involving insurance bad faith.
Tom Rhodes has practiced in the field of civil trial litigation for people, businesses, cities, counties and states that have been wronged by others for his entire career. His aggressive discovery preparation and trial strategy skills have earned him recognition at both the State and National levels. Mr. Rhodes is also a nationally recognized speaker and author on trial strategy and jury argument. He is a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates. Mr. Rhodes is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is a past president of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association.
While Mr. Rhodes has been named a "Best Lawyer" by the Best Lawyers in America every year since 2000, Mr. Rhodes was most recently named as a "Best Lawyer" in 7 categories including, Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, Bet-the-Company Litigation, Products Liability, Construction Litigation, Medical Malpractice and Patent Litigation. Mr. Rhodes has served on the Board of Directors for the American Association for Justice and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He is presently on the Executive Committee for the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Rhodes is admitted to practice in the following courts: Tennessee courts, all Texas courts, United States District Courts for the Western, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
