Aloysius v. Kislingbury, No. 01-09-00365-CV, In the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas
Outcome: Our client, Kislingbury and Stenomaster, Inc., won the appeal. The court of appeals affirmed the trial court's judgment.
Outcome: Our client, Jerry Argovitz, prevailed on almost all grounds, resulting in approximately $14,000,000 judgment in his favor. The one remaining issue was remanded back to the trial court for a factual determination.
