Paul William Hunn is a 1984 graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Paul was an honor graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Paul's litigation practice has included appearances in contested cases in both federal and state courts throughout Texas and Florida. He has also represented clients before the Texas Education Agency. While much of his litigation involves claims made against school districts under the United States and Texas Constitutions, his practice also emphasizes general litigation, criminal law, labor law, construction, general school law, and Social Security disability appeals. He is a member of the school law section of the state bar and has served on the contract documents committee of the construction law section of the bar. In addition, he was appointed to the Texas Board of Legal Specialization Advisory Committee for Civil Trial Law. Paul has been a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. He has written and lectured on construction and business concerns of Texas school districts. He is licensed in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and all four federal districts in Texas. His practice emphasizes education law and business transaction issues with school districts.
