About Me

I am a full service, solo practitioner providing Legal Services based in The Woodlands, Texas.  I provide legal services in greater Houston area and Texas in General.

I have been in technology sales for 20+ years.  At some point and time I decided I wanted to go back and get an advanced degree and work on a second career.  I actually narrowed it down to 3 choices: an MBA, a Law Degree, or try to become a stand-up comedian (No, seriously!).  I chose law as the area I wanted to go into and have never regretted it.  I worked full time and went to South Texas College of Law at night for 4 years.  Believe it or not, I really enjoyed it.  Well, maybe not the first year and the writing classes, but overall it was a positive and I loved the knowledge and learning.

In Law school I learned that many of my professional skills have already prepared me for a career in law.  Negotiation,  analysis,  speaking and presentation, strategic planning, and persuasion are all skills I have had lots of training in and have honed over the years.  I have been using all these skills, and more, on a daily bases in my professional career and now I bring them to my law firm and to you, my clients.

I provide representation in Business and Civil law matters including company and partnership formation, LLC filings, business agreements, contract formation and negotiation, as well  Family Law, Personal Injury claims,  Wills & Trusts, and Animal law.

As a solo practitioner, I do not have the resources of a large firm.  However, I have aligned myself with larger firms, so if you have a matter I cannot handle, I promise I can help you find a firm that can.

I also do NOT have the large overhead of a big firm, so you will also find my rates and fees to be very reasonable.

If you have a legal matter you need help with, the first consultation is always free.  Many times, after the first consultation you will have a much better understanding of what your options are and the best way to get results.

I will keep you involved and in “the loop”.  You will not go weeks without hearing from me without an update on your case.  If you cannot come to my office, I’ll come to you.

My goal is to provide you with legal services that provide the highest personal satisfaction and outstanding results for you, my clients.  I want you or your company to be very satisfied with the resolutions to the initial issue, so that later issues are also brought to me for consideration.
