I recommend Marjorie Muniz

I hired Marjorie 1-3 years ago.

Marjorie handled my Speeding / Traffic Ticket matter.

Marjorie was very responsive and kept me up to date on the status of my traffic violations. She handled three violations for me this year in three different counties.

I recommend Marjorie Muniz

I hired Marjorie more than 3 years ago.

Marjorie handled my Speeding / Traffic Ticket matter.

I have previously worked with 3-5 lawyers.

Mrs. Muniz is a very capable and knowledgeable lawyer. She’s represented me twice, both cases resolving in my favour. She is communicative and her staff kept me abreast of developments. If you need to win the case, without reservation I recommend her.

I do not recommend Marjorie Muniz

I hired Marjorie more than 3 years ago.

Marjorie handled my Speeding / Traffic Ticket matter.

I have previously worked with 3-5 lawyers.

I used Ms. Muniz to handle some failure to appear warrants and the corresponding traffic ticket cases for those warrants. She did quickly send out the bond information since I was not living in Houston at the time and got the warrants removed fairly quickly and court dates reset. The day of my hearing, however, she did not appear at the municipal court at all. I made numerous calls to her office which assured me she would be coming but never showed. On top of that she also failed to advised me of a court date set for a few weeks prior so I had another failure to apper warrant. Eventually, I had to have my dad come down and meet me at the courthouse and pay off the warrant and apply for defensive driving all of which i could have done on my own. This incident occurred on June of 2006 and I have always wanted some method of publicly denouncing her lack of professionalism in dealing with my case. Unfortunately, I have had to utilize the services of multiple attorneys and all kept me informed as to court dates and would never no show for a clients docket call. Hopefully she has changed since then but I would never recommend her to anybody.
