Kevin L. Colbert

KEVIN L. COLBERT has written numerous articles for national publications in the areas of expert witness discovery, personal injury litigation, premises liability and environmental litigation. For 18 years, he practiced in national law firms concentrating in the area of tort litigation and assisted clients in all manner of business issues relating to litigation, litigation mitigation and litigation prevention.  Mr. Colbert is now expanding his practice to assist all manner of businesses and individuals in their legal needs because he believes that everyone should be able to afford the same quality legal representation as large companies.  Additionally, he is devoting a substanial amount of his practice to family law and children.

Mr. Colbert received his B.S. from the University of South Carolina, and attended Millikin University and the University of Illinois.  He received his J.D. from the University of Tulsa with honors and an LL.M. from the University of Houston. He was an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas (Houston) and the University of Houston Law Center.

Mr Colbert is married and has three children between the ages of 5 and 14.
