My sister passed away in Texas without a will, and I needed to probate her limited estate. The challenge is that I live in California. I found Ms. Bacarisse on Avvo and she had experience with remote probating and walked me through it. She kept me informed at each step of the process on what is needed and what is to be expected. She also was very clear on what I needed to provide. The whole process was easy, and was not an impact to me in terms of time commitment. I was always amazed that she was prompt in responding to any question I had, regardless of what time it was. I found her fees very respectable. I am glad I decided to go with Ms. Bacarisse to successfully help me probate my sister's estate, and would heartedly recommend her to others faced probating relative's estates.

I had the privilege of working with Ms. Bacarisse in 2008 through 2010. My wife Carolyn had died
suddenly after major surgery. She helped me through all the complicated matters of dealing with a small estate. In addition, she also helped me finish up my brother's estate. He had died intestate, and she was very knowledgeable in dealing with the probate court on these matters. She recently drafted my will.
I would and do highly recommend her to anyone seeking an excellent estate attorney.

My husband had just died and I thought his and my wills were complete. I contacted Jana Fay for help with probate, my will and other documents. She very patiently and clearly pointed out my husband's most recent will did not have two required signatures nor did mine. She knew exactly what to do, carried out probate, did a new will for me because of needed changes, handled medical directives for me, etc. Everything was done in a timely manner and with utmost care in being sure I understood what she was doing. She also kept my children informed being sure they understood what she was doing which I greatly appreciated because at the time I could hardly think. I had no problem in being able to speak with her or in receiving answers to emails. Jana Fay made a most difficult time for me less so because of her caring professional manner and I will always be grateful I chose her to be my attorney.

When my aunt died without a will very far from where I lived, I did not know where to go or what to do. I was given Ms. Bacarisse's name from a stranger. I just took a leap of faith and called her. Within days, she had us focused in the right direction and we were able to work through so many issues together. She became a confidante, psychologist and most importantly a legal representative I knew I could trust and depend on.
