Me with my daughters - ages 20 and 16. Now that they are older, I have lots of time to commit to representing my clients. They also keep me in touch with the younger generation, helping me relate to my juvenile and young adult clients with ease.
At Harris County Criminal Lawyers function-the group of which I was president from 2003-2004, after serving in all the other "leadership" roles. My husband is supportive of my commitment to use whatever time is needed to provide effective representation.
I'm not just a lawer but a mother who is goofing around for my 16 year old daughter's photo fest. My experiences allow me to relate well to juries.
