About Me

The great majority of my cases are family law cases including divorce; custody; adoptions; termination of parental rights; name changes; guardianships; modifications of child support and custody; child support; pre-nuptual agreements; post-nuptual agreements; gestational issues and parenting plans.  I also have a criminal practice with my experience as a Ft. Bend County District Attorney's office.  I handle felonies; misdemeanors and juvenile cases.   Most of my cases are in Harris County; Brazoria; Galveston and Ft. Bend County.   I know the judges in Harris County and Fort Bend County as my practice finds me in those locales often.  I also handle cases in Montgomery; and Liberty County.  I take every case seriously and treat every client the same no matter what the issue or legal matter brings.   I try to form a close relationship with each one of my clients and their families because I do not think that I can effectively represent my clients without having knowledge about their background and family relationships.

If you have a legal issue please do not hesitate to call my office to set up a free consultation either on the phone or in person.  Thank you for reading my profile.
