William David Weber's Peer Endorsements

I have known William Weber for about the past 10 years. I am familiar with his work both in and outside of the Bankruptcy Court. He is one of the most knowledgeable bankruptcy lawyers in Houston. I am board certified in consumer bankruptcy, and often consult with him when I do not know how to handle a complex bankruptcy issue. Mr. Weber usually has the answer. I particularly value his opinion on issues for which the law provides no definitive answer. He invariably thinks an issue through to determine the best way to represent his represent his clients.

In April of 2009 I decided to change my practice specialty to bankruptcy law and sought the help of an experienced bankruptcy professional as a mentor. I have worked as co-counsel with Mr. Weber on several contested bankruptcy litigation cases. Mr. Weber acted as lead counsel for the bankruptcy trustee and a secured creditor on several bankruptcy litigation matters which involved a member of my family. He was very aggressive and thorough, and achieved excellent results. He helped us obtain settlements which represented almost the total dollar amount of the claims.
