Lauren E. Waddell is a partner at Fullenweider Wilhite.  Ms. Waddell's practice focuses exclusively on family law issues including divorce litigation, custody issues, property division, marital agreements, paternity actions, child support, modification actions, and enforcement of prior orders.  Ms. Waddell is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.


 


Ms. Waddell is actively involved in leadership positions for legal organizations such as Texas Women Lawyers President (2013-2014); the Houston Bar Association, Family Law Section, currently serving as Chair; the Association of Women Attorneys, currently serving on the Board of Directors; and Burta Rhoads Raborn Family Law, American Inn of Court, currently serving as the Chair of the Awards Committee.  Ms. Waddell is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the Texas Bar Foundation, the Houston Bar Foundation, and the Houston Young Lawyers Foundation.  She is a member of both the Gulf Coast Family Law Specialists and the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists. She has been recognized by H Texas Magazine as a "Top Lawyer" (2010-2015), by H Texas Magazine as a "Top Young Professional" (2006-2009), and by Texas Monthly Magazine as a "Rising Star" (2011, 2012) and a "Super Lawyer" (2013-2015).
