    Justin’s Answer

I agree with the previous comments. You may have a claim for sexual assault against the perpetrator and potentially you could have claims against the boarding school for things such as negligent entrustment, negligent hiring, negligent training, negligent retention, and other potential avenues. As the previous commenter noted, you need to make sure you consult with a lawyer soon as to protect your claims.

    Justin’s Answer

You need to consult with your divorce attorney regarding this question. However, the fact that you received a "personal injury settlement" should not affect whether or not you are ordered to pay someone else's attorney fees.

    Justin’s Answer

You should speak to an antitrust lawyer and determine if they are being anti-competitive. They may have a legal basis for not selling to you but you should speak to a lawyer with experience in handling anti-trust matters. Please e-mail me if you have any more questions.

    Justin’s Answer

I agree with my colleagues. You could also call the Texas Crime Victims fund in Austin, Texas and ask them about it. If you could prove that the person did assault you and did cause those hospital bills, they should be responsible under a theory of civil assault for those bills. However, just because they are responsible does not mean they can afford to pay them.
