    Awesome!

    From the time I met Vicky she showed me that she very knowledge in her work .When I had questions about letters I had received regarding the creditors ,I would call her/text her assistant and I would get fast responses .
    I was very happy doing business her.
    A very satisfied customer.

    Best legal advice I could have ever received!

    I can't begin to tell you how much stress has been lifted from my shoulders after my experience with Vicky Fealy. In the beginning I felt like I would never be able to recover from a bankruptcy but after working with Miss Fealy I realized it was the best decision I had ever made. I only wish I would have made it sooner. Miss Fealy gave me great legal advice and made sure I was completely comfortable in the decision I was making. She never once pressured me and told me to take as much time as I needed to make sure I was making the correct decision for myself. My credit is now better than it was prior to my bankruptcy and all my stress is gone. I feel like I've been able to actually start living again. I would refer her to anyone, including my own family. I believe she is the best at what she does. Thank you to Vicky and her staff for being so nice and making my experience easy and stress free! :)

    Be Careful!

    Filed a ch 13 and things were going well. Husband then lost job and payments were unable to be kept up. We were told to try and make payments. No modification or revision was offered even though I kept calling and asking what we can do. 6 months later we were told to be in court to have case dismissed for non-payment. Lost tons of money in this process and a car. House is almost in foreclosure now as well. Stay on the representatives at this law firm. Returning calls is not something that happens often.

    Vicky M. Fealy’s response: “I and my law firm do everything possible to help clients through the difficult times that occur within the life of a Chapter 13. This includes maintaining open lines of communication with the client at all times. If a debtor falls more than two monthly payments behind, the Chapter 13 Trustee may file a Motion to Dismiss for failure to maintain payments. If a dismissal is filed, The Fealy Law Firm, P.C. sends a letter to the client which is followed up by an email and a phone call to discuss options and make sure the client is aware of the dismissal hearing. If there is a change in circumstances during a Chapter 13 plan, a modification may be filed to catch up on delinquent payments in certain situations. Unfortunately, a plan can only be modified if there is sufficient income to fund the modified plan. This is something I discuss with each client in their initial consultation as well as anytime the problem arises during a Chapter 13 plan. Clients are always welcome to schedule an appointment with me if they have any questions regarding their case. I pride myself on accessibility to clients. Every client phone call is taken or returned. The Fealy Law Firm, P.C. has a 24 hour policy on returning phone calls. All phone calls must be returned within 24 hours unless it is a week-end call, then the call is returned first thing Monday morning. In most instances, phone calls are taken immediately as the office is fully staffed between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.”
