I was born in Port Arthur, Texas and raised in the Golden Triangle of Texas. I completed my B.S. degree from Auburn University after only 2 1/2 years of study. I began working as a police officer at 21 years old. I was a college professor with two masters degrees at age 26. By age 30, I was finishing law school. I have since completed a third masters degree and defended over 2000 people who have been accused of crimes. My experience as a defense lawyer includes over 100 jury trials.
Outside of my law practice, I am actively involved in fitness. I practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and regularly compete in tournaments. I am very competitive and I fight for my clients in court the way I fight on the jiu jitsu mat. I use knowledge, creativity, and experience to get the best results.
