He gets the job done simple as that and he keeps you informed about your case and fights for you. I had hired another lawyer and I was very upset that she didn't even try to help so I fired her and hired Tyrone Moncriffe and of the top he asked questions and he assured me he would help unlike some others. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Tyrone Moncriffe track record speaks for itself... Mr. Moncriffe presence in the court room is felt the moment he steps in. This Man demands respect and he gets it! He did a magnificent job in my trial. I know longer have that burden on me anymore. Moncriffe was able to connect with the Jury and give them a visual perspective of how i was falsely accused and the jury found me NOT GUILTY!

I was charged with theft and to me it meant big problems involving getting into college and finding a job. Mr. Moncriffe is an extraordinary lawyer that fought and stuck with me through the trial, and I am now under a PTD because of him! Mr. Moncriffe is an amazing attorney, and anyone would be lucky to have him as their lawyer!

After I experienced what I still deem as my "worst nightmare" my only prayer was to get a lawyer who would fight for me. At the very first meeting with Mr. Moncriffe he assured me that he would get the case dismissed and never once changed his stance. Even before my meeting with him he listened to what I had to say as the case involved my husband who wanted both of us to meet with Mr. Moncriffe and I didn't. He was very empathetic and gave me courage that it would be over with quickly. I was amazed when he scheduled the appointment for a Saturday afternoon which worked perfectly. This man is a man of God as I felt it in my spirit after I left his office. He answers his phone almost all the time and if not, you can rest assure he will return your call before the day is over. He talked to my husband almost like a father would to man who was treating his daughter unfairly. I believe that Mr. Moncriffe stepping out of the "lawyer's role" & into a "father's role" put some sense in my husband's head as he realized that I had someone who was ready to give him the battle of his life. Though it may have been a few words, the message resonated with my husband. I watched Mr. Moncriffe in court and he was just confident, calm & collective. The DA didn't speak to him in the manner that I watched her speak to some of the other attorneys. I watched other attorneys of different races, shake his hand and greet him with such high level of respect. My family would get anxious at times about the case but I'd always assure them that I trusted Mr. Moncriffe and didn't have any doubt that he would do as promised. He got the case dismissed at our 3rd court appearance and it seemed almost effortless. He went confidently to the DA & presented what he had and asked her to dismiss it and without any hesitation, it was done. This man has established himself in the justice system as a respectful and confident attorney and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good legal representation. May God continue to bless Mr. Moncriffe & give him the "wisdom of Solomon" as he fights for those who seek to be vindicated.

A very fine christian lawyer, reminds me of Job in the bible. He stays in touch w/ you the client and your family. He speaks with you straight forward and ask you to do one thing , be patient and let him work. He hears you out and then goes into battle for you. He dots every i and crosses every t. He even makes a b line and rechecks the District Attorney's work. And even reviews the officer's credibilty and their official report. He's a genuine bull-dog, and walks softly and carrys a big stick. But more than anything a "God fearing man". With that defense how can you possibly go wrong? Top of the line, cool, calm and collective. 2 second degree felonies. Must I say more?

When I first met Tyrone Moncriffe I was scared , preparing my self to be in prison for at least the next ten years ,with two prior convictions , other lawyers told me I could be facing 25-life . From the first day Mr Moncriffe put me at ease . He didn't treat me like a client , he treated me like family. He indeed got me off the hook. Today I'm here at home with my family not finding the words to express my gratitude towards him . I'm grateful that I was represented by Mr Mon criffe , I recommend him for anyone no matter how big or small your case . If you value your freedom , look no further.

I was charged with a misd class A Assault for slapping and punching the administrator at my former job and am a nurse. l hired one lawyer and he would not return my phones for a month. l fired him and started interviewing different lawyers. l searched on this website and finally had a list of 10 good lawyers. l called Mr.Moncriffe and l met with him and interviewed him and l also interviewed a lawyer who was a former prosecutor for 28 years in Criminal courts.
l was teriffied at the thought of having bad lawyer because it meant that l was going to loose my nursing license , apartment and face deportation because l have a green card. l chose Mr. Moncriffe to represent me and we went started working on the case. Every step he would ask me how do l feel and what do l think. l was very informed and we were in constant communication including Saturday and Sunday we were having meetings, we had to constantly assess if we needed to change or adjust anything and everything. The most intimidating part was coming to court and sitting in front of court and being the DEFEDANT!
The second most intimidating part was being constantly watched by the jury and the everybody else in court. The way l talked and walked in the hallway was constantly being watched by the other people and that meant l was not roaming outside during lunch. For people who will read this and they have been charged by the criminal court l would say to them having an excellent lawyer who believes in you and you are working as a team makes a mountain of a difference. l found that in Mr. Moncriffe the lawyer who defended me. The prosecutor had 5 witnesses and 1 police officer and 1 Major assaults and violence detective.
On my side- the defendant l had 1 witness and 1 character witness. As you can see l was outnumbered from the start. This is what makes Mr. Moncriffe an excellent lawyer, the way he asked the questions made the case! Every witness the case was building up and l was feeling nervous and more nervous. at the end l was given a verdict of NOT GUITLY!!! l thanked the lawyer for fighting for me so hard and l stood my ground to fight for what l believed was right. l am forever grateful to the jurors.
The lessons l learned from this experience are 1. if you want to fight your case, fight with a super lawyer by your side Mr. Moncriffe. 2. Dont fight anybody. 3. if you are not sure about your surroundings something is probably not Right and you should get out of there quickly. 4. if your lawyer is not returning your phone calls within 24-48 hours fire him. 5. Always be willing to change your lawyer until you have the right fit! 6. Would you fight for what you believe in with a weak or a strong person? 7. Tell the truth. 8. dont ever lie to your lawyer. 9. Have your facts/ evidence together. 10. There is no price tag am not willing to pay for my freedom.
Court cases are money pits here and there and not to forget time spent is alot going to court as well as planning and constant regrouping. Now that the case is over, l can apply for my citizenship, go back to nursing school and live where l want to live as well as work thanks to this excellent lawyer. Mr. Moncriffe is trustworthy, keeps you informed and he listens to what you need from him. l am so happy and grateful words cannot describe how glad l am that this is over and we WON!!
