Neal Davis has dedicated his career to representing individuals and businesses in their most urgent, important and sensitive matters, at any phase, in Texas courts and federal courts across the country.
His representation includes State cases, white collar cases, corporate investigations, parallel proceedings, and complex litigation. He has successfully represented executives, physicians, attorneys, and other professionals, as well as a Grammy award-winning musician, both in the United States and abroad.
While Neal knows how to handle the media, he understands when media coverage is not in the client's interest. He has had extraordinary success in quietly resolving cases in the client’s favor.
A highly sought-after lawyer, Neal has many years of experience and a proven track record in the spectrum of criminal and quasi-criminal matters at all phases. By the time he was just 40 years old: he argued twice before the Court of Criminal Appeals (Texas' highest criminal court); television news magazines covered two of his jury trials; and he was lead counsel in the landmark case, Salinas v. Texas, in the United States Supreme Court.
Neal is Board Certified, Criminal Law--Texas Board of Legal Specialization, AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell, a Texas Super Lawyer for many years, rated a "Top 100 Trial Lawyer" by the National Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.
Before establishing his law firm, Neal was an attorney for over ten years with legendary criminal defense lawyer Dick DeGuerin.
A native Houstonian, Neal earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree, with high honors, from the University of Southern California, in Los Angeles, California, where he majored in Spanish.
Neal spent part of his childhood in Mexico and is fluent in Spanish.
