Board-Certified Personal Injury Trial Lawyer Michael P. Fleming has been a practicing attorney in the Houston area for over 22 years. Well-known to the citizens of Harris County, Mr. Fleming previously served as the elected County Attorney for Harris County, Texas.
He is licensed as an attorney by the states of Texas and New York and as a solicitor by the Law Society of Ireland. Mr. Fleming has represented clients in the state and federal trial and appellate courts including arguing and winning cases before The Supreme Court of the United States and United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is Board Certified as a specialist in Personal Injury Trial Law and Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Fleming serves on the Board of Directors of the Harris County-Houston Sports Authority and also served the public as an appointed director and co-chair of the Harris County Housing Authority. In addition to his appointment to these public bodies, , Mr. Fleming serves the community by serving on other boards. He is a member of the board of directors of the University of Saint Thomas and a former member of the board of advisors for Incarnate Word Academy. He is also a life member and founding director of a director of the Irish Society of Houston and a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.

Mr. Fleming received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saint Thomas in Houston and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston College of Law. He and his wife, Natalie, have six children and reside in Houston.
