DaSean represents individuals and small businesses in a variety of matters, including general civil litigation, employment, consumer, and property matters. DaSean has handled disputes surrounding: real estate, contracts, buyer agreements, business disputes, nursing employment rights, compensation issues, unpaid overtime, disability, race, age, wrongful termination, and non-compete agreements.
Military Service. DaSean is a decorated OIF veteran. On the same day he completed his undergraduate degree, DaSean followed his father's footsteps and entered the U.S. Army as a Second Lieutenant in the Field Artillery branch.
While serving as a Field Artillery officer, DaSean functioned as the Operations Officer for 17th Field Artillery Brigade, the Battalion Liaison Officer in the 5th Battalion, 3rd Artillery “First Round”; the Battalion Logistics Officer, 3rd Battalion, 18th Field Artillery “Steel Professionals”; the Executive Officer for Alpha Battery, 3rd Battalion, 18th Field Artillery; and a Platoon Leader and Executive Officer for the 6th Battalion 37th Field Artillery "On the Minute" (Republic of Korea).
DaSean’s military honors include: a Combat Action Badge, the Bronze Star Medal with one campaign star; the Meritorious Service Medal; the Army Commendation Medal, with one oak leaf cluster; the Army Achievement Medal, with one oak leaf cluster; the National Defense Service Medal, the Iraqi Campaign Medal; the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal; the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal; the Korean Defense Service Medal; the Army Service Ribbon; and the Overseas Service Ribbon.
DaSean was promoted to the rank of Captain while on active duty. After his second tour to Iraq, he entered the reserves so he could pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a lawyer. After law school, he earned a commission as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army Reserves where he still serves as a Trial Defense Counsel.
