I have witnessed Dane in trial and I have to say that he is one of the most gifted courtroom advocates practicing law. In one such trial, I watched Dane question and pick apart a venire panel and by the end of jury selection he had everyone in the courtroom, including the prosecutor, convinced his client was not guilty. I watched in awe as Dane argued and won a Motion to Suppress to which the State had no option but to dismiss the case against his client. I have seen this lawyer fight for his clients and I endorse this lawyers work.
