    Chung’s Answer

You don't have to split the ticket since he is the one moving. File the motion to enforce and serve him before he moves. You don't want to wait 6 months later and be forced to fly out to Florida on an enforcement unless you happen to be planning a trip to Disney.

    Chung’s Answer

It is great that you both are working together and agree on many of the issues, however I believe you would be better served taking a guide(attorney) to lead you through this adventure instead of traveling with a map and no compass. I believe there is a better way to accomplish what you want than the above real estate/tax transaction. Please hire an attorney and possibly speak with your CPA on the tax issue. You should at least consult one formally and separate from your spouse.
