BRAD joined the law firm of Altman Legal Group upon graduating from law school in 1996. In 2004, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 Brad has been named a “Super Lawyer-- Rising Star” by Texas Monthly, which represents the top 2.5% of up and coming Texas attorneys under the age of 40. In 2006 Brad was appointed by the State Bar of Texas to serve on the Texas State Bar District 14A Grievance Committee which reviews and recommends actions for disciplinary, ethical or rule violations by attorneys.
In 2008 he was named Chairperson of the Texas State Bar District 14A Grievance Committee, a position he held until June 2010. Brad has also served on the Wichita County Bar Association Board of Directors.
Brad is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Texas and Oklahoma and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Federal District Courts in the Northern and Western Districts of Texas.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: Brad is heavily involved in community activities. He currently serves on the Executive Board of the Northwest Texas Council - Boy Scouts of America where he also serves as the Council Attorney. He has been involved on Boards of Hospice as well as serving the United Way. He served for six years on the Wichita Falls Traffic Safety Commission. He currently serves on the Wichita Falls Aviation Safety Committee. He is also a Board member for Christ Academy. He is active in his church, First Baptist Church of Wichita Falls, where he, along with his wife, SueAnn, have taught kindergarten and first grade.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Brad is married to SueAnn, and they have two children, Brooke and John William. He grew up in Wichita Falls and is a graduate of Wichita Falls High School. While at Baylor, he was a member of the Baylor University tennis team as well as the Sigma Chi fraternity.
Brad enjoys time with his family and continues his athletics through road bike racing, playing tennis, mountain biking and running. He also enjoys scuba diving, snow/water skiing, golf, and many other sports. Brad is also a private pilot and holds an instrument rating.
