About Me

I am a 35-year attorney who practices primarily in Denton, Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and nearby counties. I spent my first 8 years as an Assistant District Attorney in Dallas County, where I tried over 300 cases to final verdict before juries, and hundreds more cases before the Judge only. In addition to criminal cases, my jury trial experience has prepared me for practice in other fields of law, including suits against HOA's, suits representing HOA's, probate litigation, suits against government entities, Deceptive Trade Practices Act violations, collections, breach of fiduciary duties, business litigation, collections suits, Occupational Driver Licenses, mechanic's liens; and other areas. See my full resume at our Firm's website: www.hbwvlaw.com.  I look forward to speaking with you or visiting with you in my office.
