I hire Mr. Factor for assistance with a parole case.... His staff is not helpful at all... You call make an appointment and you get to see him 1 hour to 1 hour and a half after never see him at the time they schedule you for... You call as Mr. Factor tells you to do so his staff writes your information and never recived a call back the lady's are really nice but the males that are there are the rules persons you can talk to... Bery unprofessional and should not work in a law office at all..
All I can say is that I'm extremely grateful and lucky to have had Daniel Collins as my appointed lawyer. I was booked on bogus hearsay and charged with aggravated assault. I have diabetes and terrible neuropathy pain in my legs. I went from having my medication to going completely cold turkey locked up in jail. I tried to convince my family to make my reasonable bond, but nobody did. I can't really put into words how bad my legs hurt, but sitting in jail was not an option. The only person who seemed to care about me was my lawyer mr. Collins. He always took my calls when it would have been just as easy to say he wasn't in the office. He actually listened to what i had to say. He came to see me in person, and never seemed impatient. I got my case taken care of, and now I'm back out. I still call Mr. Collins from time to time and ask him for advice. He still takes the time to genuinely speak with me. I can't thank him, and the people of the office enough for getting me through all this.

Abe Factor and his staff were there for me, johnny on the spot, no questions asked. That office operates like a well oiled machine, even if there is not an attorney in the office. Tess and Christy are very knowledgeable. Most attorney's close their offices at 5:00pm or so, not Abe Factor's office. Per the sign on his main entry door, his office does not close until the last client/prospective client has been seen. Whatever money they may quote you to represent you or a loved one by all means is no where close to what they should be charge you. You will, at all times, receive EXCELLENT/SUPURB legal representation for pennies on the dollar.
Hiring the Factor Campbell and Collins team only ensurs the best out come of your case. There IS NOT another attorney or firm out there that can secure a better deal for you. In fact, I believe that angels are on the shoulder of Mr. Factor, his partners and all staff. What you receive from Factor Campbell and Collins is something that you will NEVER receive from another Law Firm. This firm is one of a kind and one of the few last "good ol boys honest up front firms in Tarrant and surrounding counties. They will even come in on their off days to help you. With this firm, THE CLIENT TRULY COME FIRST. Factor. Campbell and Collins are a dying bread and hard to come by they are the Holy Grail of Law Firms.

I highly recommend Abe factor as a criminal defense atty. after 6 years of legal issues, 2 other attorneys I had hired and fired, I will never use another atty again other than Abe. He has been extremely personal, along with professional and beyond competent. He has listened to my situation. Taken his time and energy to see the judge time and time again.. On my behalf as my family and work circumstances along with life changes occurred in order to tailor my sentencing to the best way possible to suit me as a single mother along with my family and job. Without nickel and diming me each and every meeting and phone call. He has been a true blessing in a horrible situation to make it as bearable as possible . I do not know what I would have done without him. I cannot recommend to you if you are searching for an attorney to hire Abe without doubt or question!

I was charged with a state jail felony and I already have two prior drug charges...everyone I talked to said I was looking at one year jail time or, if I was lucky, 5 years felony probation. I don't have much money, and I have a 5 year old son I care for by myself. His father was killed just over a month ago, I couldn't imagine doing time away from my son...and I def didn't want to have a felony on my record. The night before my court date I asked Abe if there's any way I could do weekend jail and still get deferred, probation is just too much of a risk. He told me not to worry, he would see me in the morning and we can go over our options. Somehow he worked a miracle and got my charge taken down to a misdemeanor with a few weeks of weekend jail! No fines, no testing, no dragging it out on probation for years, and no felony on my record! I dont know how he did it, but I am forever grateful for this man, I would recommend him to everyone, I know I will never use another lawyer besides Mr. Factor. He has been extremely understanding with me about payments, he has never hassled me even when I couldnt pay him anything for 2 months. Any other lawyer would charge me 3x more, and maybe gotten me 5 years probation...also, Abe showed up to court every single time, he was even 15 mins early to my last hearing. You have to trust Abe, there is a reason why he is in such high demand. He is AMAZING at what he does.

Abe Factor is an amazing attorney. He has reprinted my in multiple cases over the term of 15 years and each and every time I was completely satisfied and often greatly surprised with the results of my cases. He has had several charges of mine "No Billed" (or didmisses in lay mans terms) and on every other case gotten me the very best results I could have possibly hoped or far surpassed my or any other reasonable expectation. He is brilliant at what he does and there are no words to express my gratitude or my complete and total astonishment with both he and his staff. He has a wonderful staff and I've always felt as though I have been treated with the personal attention, diligence, and car that a person would hope for from an attorney. Abe has great attention to detail, is diligent, forthcoming, hard working, and honest as to what you can expect based on your personal case. I would and do recommend him as often as I am given a chance to and every single person I have referred to him had been equally pleased with the result and manner in which their case was handled. Thank you.

TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FATE ELSEWHERE! Do not hire this super busy lawyer. You will wait about 45mins past your appointment time to visit with him. He has to re read your case files because he has no recollection of who you are and of your case. He gives different information every time you see him. You will never know what's going on. He won't tell you anything to do in outside world to make your self look favorable for court. Oh and court? You won't be going there for monthssssssss!!! Which is good or bad for some cases. The only thing his office is good for is taking your money. They will take a dollar as a payment. But taking your case seriously?? You can forget about that.

I am currently a client of Mr Factor. If you are someone who does not want to know a single thing about the plan your lawyer has for your case or if you are ok with no contact from him or his office unless you go to sit in his office after hours for at least 2 hours ,( He is in his office from 5 to 9 or so 4 nights a week and there will be 8 to 10 other people waiting to see him.) I finally sat down and sent an email to the office explaining my story, situation and wants and needs from Abe and questions about my case. And NO ONE ever even acknowledged that they received it. Word of mouth for some reason is a strong resource for Mr. Factor but the first time I sat down to visit with him I started regretting my decision. As he was my bondsmen also, I was already into this office for $1400.00 so I stayed. He has far too many clients to give them good service or to make them feel secure and calm about what if anything he is doing for them. I was actually told by a member of his office. " Just pay Abe what you owe him and let him do his job, don't worry about anything unless we call you". Questions either cannot be answered by his staff or are very vague. No one can give you a firm plan of attack or answer to any questions. It is always well I dont' know or let me talk to Abe. I was told that for the "whole thing" ( his words)it would cost me $2500.00. Assuming that this meant to fight it. Even, though I had family pay less than that for other well known good lawyers to fight there case, I had heard such good things about Abe that I stuck with it. I wish I hadn't. I have since , after paying him 1400.00 , decided to plead in order to be able to afford court costs, and the office is telling me they will ask Abe but that I will probably still be charged $2500.00 even though he is not fighting this case for me. Which means I have paid him $2500.00 to meet with me once, do my bond and do a walk through which he was over 5 hours late for. I am to say the least livid. I do not know this man personally, so I really do not judge him on that level. I am simply telling those thinking of using him, to think carefully about the type of lawyer you want. This is a very embarrassing, scary and stressful time for people going through DWI and other court matters and I have not felt reassured or supported by this lawyer or his office at all. Good Luck to you in your quest for good representation.
