Maximum recovery received for a woman who had a neck fusion after a car wreck. The insurance company initially denied the claim because of the small amount of property damage, but we threatened a lawsuit and made them pay the full amount of the policy.

Client Testimonial Video. He was rear ended at a stop light, but the crash did no damage to his truck, he waited two weeks before seeking medical treatment, and he had five neck and back surgeries prior to this wreck...

I was hit by a Medstar Ambulance, and the insurance company has just been horrible to me so I decided to hire Mr. Berenson. Boy am I glad I did. I got more money than I expected and I'm being taken care of for my injuries. I'm so happy.
My fiancée and I were in a wreck in Hurst several months ago on Precinct-Line Road. A man tried to run a stop sign and hit us head on. It completely totaled our car. No one wanted to help us. Allstate blew us off -- didn't want to help us one bit...

About Me

William Berenson was born and raised in  Nashville. He graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1976 and from the Southern Methodist University Law School in Dallas in 1980. He was hired by an established firm in Fort Worth, where he  gained valuable experience litigating countless cases and representing business clients, such as the Cinemark Theatres chain, which he incorporated.

He wanted to focus on personal injury cases and started his own law firm in the River Plaza Tower over 30 years ago. He has since represented several thousand people and recovered millions of dollars for his clients.

He has been voted one of the best personal injury lawyers in Tarrant County by other attorneys and has been named to Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law since 1988.

He was certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1994 and has devoted his law practice to those cases since that time.

He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association for the past 5 years and the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association for 18 years. He has successfully tried dozens of cases to a verdict and gained membership in the exclusive Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

He is a sustaining member of the American Association for Justice, an advocate in the National College of Advocacy, and a speaker at legal seminars in Texas and other states. He has served on the Board of Editors of The Litigation Reporter, the Texas Supreme Court Jury Reform Task Force, and in leadership roles in other organizations.

Mr. Berenson's best known case challenged who was elected President and Vice President of the United States in 2000. The decision was appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court and was reported on the front page of the Wall Street Journal and other newspapers and television stations across the country.

He has achieved a 100% client satisfaction rate.

Mr. Berenson has taught Sunday School, was an Eagle Scout at age 13 (the youngest in the history of Middle Tennessee) and lives by those values. He and his wife just returned from a trip to Israel to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. They have a beautiful daughter who is studying to be a CPA in Dallas.

In his spare time, he runs long distances and has finished 42 marathons (30 fast enough to qualify for the Boston Marathon) and lifts weights.
