Litigation: Represent clients in disputes and condemnations.

Regulatory Matters: Represent clients in hearings at the Railroad Commission of Texas, the regulatory body responsible for overseeing the Texas oil and gas industry.

Title Examination: Draft acquisition, drilling, and division order title opinions for operators in various fields throughout Texas and North Dakota.
