I felt very comfortable and assured that David had my best interest in mind. He was very knowledgable and confident. He was also very clear about what to expect and I never felt like I was out there on my own.

I’ve known David for a number of years on a personal basis and I’ve been extremely impressed with his level of integrity and commitment to the community. Therefore, last year when I was approached by a large NYSE company with an interest in purchasing my company, it was a no-brainer for whom I wanted to represent me. David and his associates dug in and got the deal done quickly, efficiently and with the least amount of heartburn. David proved to be all that I thought he would…he’s an exceptional attorney, that I wouldn’t hesitate recommending to my family and friends.

If you are going through a divorce or having child custody issues, David is the lawyer for you. He will do everything in his power to get you what you want in a professional and ethical fashion. David is an awesome mediator and is capable of getting people to see reason and agree to certain things rather than have to go before a judge. So if you are wanting to get things done amicably, he is the guy for you. However, if it does come down to a fight, I would definitely want him in my corner.

David first represented me in a complex divorce proceeding 7 years ago. I was very impressed with how engaged he became in the details of my case and he was very thorough in explaining options and setting expectations. David is a great lawyer. Discussing and conferring with David you get a sense of his integrity and whom you are dealing with very early in your discussion. He is very candid and forthright in letting you know all the different avenues and remedies and like-wise also all the down-side specific to your case after he has had sufficient time to review the facts and issues at hand, In my case, it was items and issues that I raised on my partnership agreement. It is evident he has experienced many different scenarios and seen many different issues before him in his law paractice. I deal with many different attorneys across the US in many different regional markets in my professional practice in a different area of law. We all know there are good and bad lawyers that offer thier services. In my opinion and professional experience David Cook is a great lawyer.One of these days, David would be a great candidate for the bench to be a Judge.
