My experience representing clients began in 2009, when I began working as a student attorney in the University of Arkansas School of Law Immigration Clinic. While there, I worked under the supervision of a licensed immigration attorney and was able to work with clients on a variety of cases, including removal defense, asylum and I-751 petitions.
I graduated from law school in May 2010 and was admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Arkansas in September 2010. That same month, I began working with the law firm of Matthews, Campbell, Rhoads, McClure & Thompson, P.A. in Rogers, Arkansas. Since then, my focus has been on Immigration, Employment and Family law matters.
In May 2011, I helped co-found the immigration website informuscitizens.com.
In December 2011, I launched my own firm, Bogart Immigration Law, LLC, based in the Kansas City Metro area and focusing on all areas of immigration law.
In September 2014, I joined Petty & Stewart, PLLC in Dallas, TX. I currently focus my practice on removal defense and famil-based immigrant petitions.
I try to maintain a client-oriented practice and sincerely believe that keeping the client immersed in the case is one of the best ways to ensure the most desirable result possible.
