Dean guided our family through an extremely complex personal injury case concerning our newborn son. Dean was very sensitive and understanding to our situation demonstrating a genuine interest in our case and our son. Dean is always professional and personable making him easy to communicate with. Dean worked hard- relentlessly researching and gaining an indepth knowledge of all aspects of our case. He makes himself available and is very prompt with responses. He is open, honest and direct keeping us updated with information. He demonstrates leadership abilities showing the true content of his character that reveals very high ethical standards both personally and professionally with his practice. Dean proved to be a blessing and a pleasure to work with during this very difficult and consuming process for our family.

Dean and Joel represented me in a very complicated Qui Tam (False Claims Act) matter relating to the inappropriate participation of a local hospital in the Medicaid Upper Payment Limit program in Texas. The case was filed in 2005 under seal with the United States Department of Justice having the first opportunity to review and intervene to take the lead in the case if they desired. When the government declined to intervene in 2007, Dean hit the ground running. He was very pro-active, aggressive and creative. Just the kind of attorney you want on your side. I chose the firm of Fineberg:Gresham because of their successful history with major medical malpractice cases. They clearly cared about me, their client, and demonstrated the highest standards of ethics, tenacity and legal expertise.

I highly recommend Dean as a lawyer. I had never needed a lawyer prior to my daughter's accident. Fineberg/Gresham did an exceptional job defending my daughter.
